Classes:

Tuesdays and
Thursdays:
4-4:30 pm: Little
Ninjas (Ages 4-9 no contact) – Teaches discipline, builds
coordination and gets some energy out!
5-6 pm: Men/Women
Fitness and MMA Techniques (no contact) - Boxercise and
Strength Training.
6:15-7:15 pm:
Men/Women Ju Jitsu – developing ground
skills.

Mondays
and Wednesdays:
4-5 pm: Youth
Fitness with MMA techniques – (Ages 10-14, no contact)
teaches discipline, builds coordination by focusing on
stand up and ground skills.

Monday,
Wednesday and Friday:
5:15-6:15 pm:
Womens Fitness (no contact) – Boxercise and Strength
Training.
6:15-7:45 pm:
Men/Women MMA Training

Saturdays:
9-10 am: Womens
Fitness (no contact) – Boxercise and Strength
Training.
10-11 am:
Men/Women Ju Jitsu – developing ground
skills
11-1 pm: Open Mat
– studio is open for anyone
wanting to use the
mat to practice MMA techniques.

Members/Students
from other gyms and schools are always
welcome.
Private
Instruction – schedule is flexible and times are
based on availability and
agreement.
