I was looking for a way to get OUT
of the gym and still achieve my fitness goals. I
found it in Erik's classes. I was completely
physically challenged with my previous fitness
level before starting with Erik 1.5 years ago but
now I have gained agility, flexibility, stregnth,
better cardio and have lost inches! I love the

In Erik's mixed martial arts class I get a lot of
great stuff from it. One thing I get is self
discipline. I have to learn how to keep my body
under control so I don't hurt myself or the other
people I work out with. Another thing is I stay in
shape. I can do most other sports with out getting
to tired and I can keep going in class. I make new
friends because they share the same interests that
I do in martial arts. I have been going to Erik's
for about two years now. And the last thing is that
it is REALLY FUN. |

My son has trained under Erik for two years. During
this time he has become physically and
mentally fit with self confidence beyond his
age. This is for anyone that is interested
in personal gratification, self-confidence and
physical well being. Erik's instructing
techniques are surpassed by none. He has
the ability to bring you to your peak performance
and take it up one more step. The classes are
filled with competitive physical fitness, respect
and comradery. I recommend these classes to
all ages. |

I joined Erik Wander's Extending Fitness Sutdio to
gain stregnth and flexibility in order to keep up
with my 1 year old daughter. Erik's workouts are
varied and challenging, his style is commanding,
but I never feel "bullied". It is like
having a personal trainer in an intimate class
setting. And we laugh, A lot. I'm pleased
with my results so far, and look forward to setting
my fitness goals higher. Thanks Erik. |

It has been about a month since I started working
out with Erik Wander at Extending Fitness. I was
eager to make changes in my exercise routine but
was having a difficult time finding a place that
offered a workout that was fun yet different and
that would really help me make positive changes in
my body. I was referred to Erik's studio by a
friend who was attending. I went to the first class
with her and from there was hooked. The
workouts use a variety of training techniques from
free weights, exercise bands, martial arts,
plilates, punches, kicks and much more. It
is like having your own personal
trainer without the extremely high
corporate gym costs. Erik is also able to train all
fitness levels, from competitive athletes to people
who have never worked out before. I have already
seen positive changes in my body in such a short
period of time. I feel stronger and have increased
energy. My arms are more toned and I have already
noticed a change in the way my clothes are fitting.
If you are looking to make changes in the way you
look and feel then I would highly recommend
