Any 2 classes per week are $75/month, any 3 classes per week are $100/month. Drop ins are $15 per class

Private Lessons: $40/hour

 

Monday, Wednesday and Friday:

5:30-6:30 pm: Womens Fitness (no contact) – Boxercise and Strength Training.

 

6:30-7:45 pm: Men/Women MMA Training

Tuesday:

4:00-4:45 pm: Kids Strength and Fitness Training

2:30-4 and 5:00-6:30 pm: Private lessons available upon request

Thursday:

2:30 – 6:30 pm: Private lessons available upon request

Saturday:

Private Lessons available upon Request

 

Private Lessons – schedule is flexible and times are based on availability and agreement. Sessions may consist of a variety of instruction in strength training, weight loss management, jujitsu, boxing, or any other form of personalized health and fitness needs.
